THIS IS MY LAST MINUTE-SPUR OF THE MOMENT TO ENTERTAIN MEAL. I JUST LOVE THE MARINATE THAT I ALWAYS HAVE SOME PREPARED CAUSE I USE IT AS A SALAD DRESSING! I MARINATE THE MEAT MIN IF TWO HRS. THOUGH WHEN I HAVE THE TIME MARINATE OVER NITE. I SERVE IT WITH ROASTED VEGGIES AND COUSCOUS WHICH I EITHER I SPICE THEM UP OR ADD VEGGIES. IT IS ALWAYS A HIT. THANKS ELLIE.

Made this recipe several times already and adore it! So, so, so good. My husband couldn't get enough of the herbed salad. I've even switched out the steak with whatever I've got on hand or what's on special at the store. Tri-tip has worked really well with it too. Hope you try it! Thanks Ellie!

The flavors are wonderful! Don't let the accumulated juices from the steak go to waste...add them to the dressing! I'll definitely make again. Even the hubby loved it!

This made a great meal - I added rice (per the suggestions below and some shredded cucumber and grape tomatoes to brighten up the salad. Both my husband and I loved it and packed up leftovers for lunch (he rarely does that!.
I marinated a 2-lb london broil for almost 24 hours and added the whole amount of marinade (I made up a second batch for the dressing. The marinade did not impart a strong flavor, but it was very good. Will definitely make again.

My entire family loved this dish! I used red curry paste in the marinade/dressing and added cucumbers and radishes to the salad. The flavors are outstanding and it was so easy to make!

Made this for my husband and some friends last night (with the Asian Spring Rolls of Ellie's and my husband had three helpings. My friends raved about it all night! It's a keeper. Might do half as much red curry paste next time though.

We just made this tonight. My husband and I loved it!
Next time we will add an avacado chopped up and a half an english cuke.
We used scallions instead of shallots.
Very easy to make, make sure to marinate over night.

My husband and I love Thai food, so I thought I'd try out this recipe. My husband was a little skeptical, since it was something "healthy," but we both loved it! Tons of flavor, and super easy to make! I would definitely agree with other reviewers that said the longer you marinade, the better. We also felt it needed just a tad bit more heat, so I've started adding 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper to the marinade/dressing mixture. Other than that, this recipe is perfection!

This was truly delicious. It's such a great recipe, and I agree with previous reviewers that marinating for longer is better. My personal touches....added minced red thai chili to the marinade, and marinating for full 24 hours. I made a green leaf and watercress salad and added julienne of mango, seedless cucumber, red & yellow pepper, and carrots. When the meat came off the grill pan I sliced thin and mix with a couple tablespoons of the dressing, as well as chopped cilantro. This dinner was perfection.
