Love this recipe! Have made it 3 times in the last 3 weeks. As suggested in other reviews - served with brown rice. Put a scoop of rice on your plate, top with greens mixture and then your steak. This will be a regular meal for my family. Also added bean sprouts - extra good!

This was a great recipe! It was easy to prepare and the flavors blended well. My 8 year old daughter wanted the meat wrapped up for lunch the next day!

I have been in a long search for the perfect marinade for flank steak, and I have now found it. What a combo - marinade & salad dressing in one! It is so versitile, the uses are endless. Thanks for making my day!

I don't eat beef, so I was going to make this with tuna steak. However, I got to the store and tuna was $22/pound, so I decided to go with salmon. I broiled the salmon with the dressing, then flaked it off onto the salad.

For the salad, I added chopped, honey-roasted peanuts, cubed cucumber and mandarin oranges. Served with a side of edamame...absolutely delicious. My picky eater of a boyfriend ate every last bit!

If you like a lot of dressing, you might want to make a bit extra.

This is an excellent salad as is, but I also like to add sliced red and yellow peppers to it for dinner.

The flavors were absolutely wonderful! I did omit the basil (didn't have any on hand & added a can of garbanzo beans (don't ask me why, but it was yummy!! My whole family loved it & wants it again!!

This is a fantastic recipe. I omit the ginger, but everything else is fabulous. It's easy and delicious. Make sure to reserve half of the marinade to pour over the steak after it's cooked.

This meal was great. My husband never says he likes salad, but he said this was great. The marinade for the meat is fantastic.

I served the beef with the salad and rice for a bigger main course and the dressing tasted real good mixed in with the rice. I actually rate this recipe a 4 1/2.
