I made this with Ellie Krieger's crab cakes, it was a perfect match and I made some fennel and orange salad with it! Yummy!

Made these as an starter tonight and they were great. We used mozerlla cheese because that what we had and they were still great. They were just better warm then cold.

I use this recipe all the time for parties. It is always a hit! I serve it with a balsamic reduction for people to use as a dip.

These were easy to make, but I thought the flavor was missing something. When I had finished rolling them up, I sprinkled a little oregano on top and ate them with a toothpick. Pretty fun.
