Great dish. I subbed chives for the parsley, otherwise followed recipe as stated. However, this recipe is *not* low cal... especially if you eat it ALL by yourself. I grazed on this all afternoon. Yum.

These lil treats taste great. I made them but had a hard time getting them to hold their shape. I had to use a toothpick, which worked out fine since it was a good way to pick it up and pop it in my mouth. These rolls taste like bite size salad.

We love these little rolls. Very fresh tasting and delicious. Wish I had doubled the recipe when making! Thanks, Ellie, for light, fun summertime food.

My family didn't really care for these. Healthy, tasty and fun to make. I love goat's cheese and zuch., nice combination, just not spectacular. Probably won't bother making again.

I made recipe as stated, only adding some carmelized onions to the goat cheese mixture. Very pretty presentation!
