I didn't have buttermilk so I used regular milk. These were surprisingly moist and delicious. I can't believe that they don't need any fat. These will go into my breakfast rotation.

Very good pancakes. Even my very picky teenager liked them and that is saying alot! Loved to strawberry sauce too.

I made these for mothers day and they were delicious!
I used the extra strawberry sauce in a smoothie and it was great.

I made this with my 3-year-old and 5-year-old boys. We had such a good time making them and eating them. Fabulous pancake recipe. We used frozen strawberries and the sauce was amazing. Thank you for the delicious and healthy Sunday branch idea.

This is great on everything - it reminds me of my favorite meal as a kid at a pancake house. The difference is they rolled the pancakes and put the sauce in the middle so good.

My husband and I are trying to eat healthier. My husband was apprehensive of these because he doesn't like change but we both loved it! The pancakes were much more flavorful than the ones out of the box. Next time we're going to try a banana puree.

I didn't make the strawberry sauce, but made the pancakes by themselves. The texture is incredible-my husband didn't believe they were low fat! Try them- you'll be glad you did!

I had actually never made pancakes before and this was very easy and good. I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup all purpose white flour and it came out well. I had no problems with lumps either.
