    This recipe is so good! My guests loved it and neved guessed that it was lowered in fat. So yummy!

    This recipe is terrific, especially the sauce. I would recommend that you don't cook the pork quite so long though and I will only cook it for 45 minutes next time.

    I made this a few weeks ago and can't wait to make it again. I have several recipes for roast pork loin, but this is definitely the best. Double the receipe for the Parsley Shallot Sauce!! You'll be happy you did.

    Not only was the presentation awesome it tasted really good! Didn't have to change a thing. I will definately make this for my next dinner party as it was so simple. I also made this with her parmesan mashed potatoes.
