I have tried many biscotti recipes, but this one is perfect by my estimation. It isn't super sweet, and that I especially like. I prepared the recipe exactly as stated, and they were wonderful! My husband was talking about them all day lone. And, they are very easy to make. Enjoy!

I am all about these biscotti! They're EASY EASY EASY and delicious. I think I make them a bit TOO often. : I like that they are lightly sweet and not overpowering. I think they'll be perfect for Christmas cookie gifts with some dried cranberries in addition to the pistachios- Christmas colors! I also plan to drizzle a little white chocolate on top.

I love this recipe since it does not use any butter and it uses whole wheat, so it is actually good for you. I used a total of 1.5 cups between pistachios, cranberries and pecans - Yummy!!

We enjoyed these cookies. They were so easy to make. My husband loves them with his espresso coffee. I am making my second batch for tomorrow already. I am getting company and want to show off. They are as good or better then the store bought ones.

I've never made biscotti before, and this was a great recipe to start of with. I had to improvise a bit, because I didn't have lemon or pistachio, so I took it out. It was probably for the better anyway, because it tasted great without it. I also added cinnamon to it, and dipped some of the biscotti in chocolate. It didn't turn out to be too sweet, and the hint of honey paired great with coffee or tea (or by itself!. It was yummy. I love how Ellie used whole wheat and olive oil, instead of butter. I'll definitely make it again.

Ellie, you are wonderful and so are these biscotti. I've now made them 4 times and the flavor is so good, the texture is perfect and they make a very elegant brunch item.

These are very easy to make and just delicious. This would go perfect as gifts, desserts or paired with a few light desserts for a dinner party.

What a nice touch, to have a batch of biscotti for each morning!

Easy to do, and can change the nuts or flavors for something different. A healthier way to have a morning treat!
