I have been making an attempt to eat better lately and made these last night. I didn't have lemon juice so I used orange instead. The taste was good and my husband liked it but I thought they came out kinda mushy and not "roasty" looking. I think next time I'll cook on a higher temp for less time.

I think that these were the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten! So easy to fix and what a sweet taste from the honey!

I really liked this one. When ever people make sweet potatoes in my past they would make a recipe that added so much to the potatoe and this one makes it more simple and easier to eat more of to get even more vitamins, I didnt get full fast with this recipe and will make it again.

This potatoes were wonderfully delicious and simple to make. I was surprised at how the honey sweetened the potatoes perfectly. My husband is not a big sweet potato fan, but he loved this recipe. I will definitely be making this again.

I made these to go with the pork tonight. They were great, although I either used too much lemon juice or I don't care for the lemon juice in the marinade. Truthfully, I think I over did it on the lemon juice. The potatoes were still excellent and I kept popping them into my mouth as I cleaned up after dinner.

Better than the sweet potato fries you get at the restaurant. I turned the potatoes about every 10 minutes, just to make sure they didn't stick to the pan. Definitely had to cook for the full hour to get the nice browned edges.

Really good and the recipe is easy! We couldn't stop nibbling on them once they came out of the oven. They almost didn't make it to the dinner table.

These didn't turn out as moist as they look in the picture, but they're still very good. I think next time I'll add a little more liquid.

I like to help my mom make dinner sometimes, and I have made these sweet potatoes to go with the main part of the meal several times. They are very easy to make and really tasty. If you use a disposable roasting pan to cook the potatoes on then clean up is a snap.
