    How good are these? The perfect amount of sweetness. They taste like sweet potatoes - imagine that! My family likes those awful sugary, marshmallow covered sweet potatoes, but they ate these like candy! We'll make these many times.

    These are super easy and a great alternative to candied sweet potatoes when you are trying to watch your weight.

    Instead of baking I put it in the frying pan and it turned out well. Make sure to cut thin pieces so it wont take to long to cook.

    I just made this for my dad who has NEVER liked sweet potatoes and he loved these. Everyone else loved these too!

    The taste can't beat sweet potatoes covered with butter and brown sugar, but this recipe (OF COURSE is way better for you and not half bad.
