My husband has high cholestrol so I made this instead of the full of butter and brown sugar and marshmellows I usually put in them and he loved them. I liked them as well

These are so easy and taste very good. I am watching calories and this was a great side dish for our supper.

I thought this was a really unique and interesting recipe. Not something I'd make every day but definitely very good.

Made this tonight to go along with our kale salad and soy chikin. WOW! Hubby was raving. I modified the recipe a bit by adding 3 T honey, only 1 T oil, 2 tsp lemon and a dash of cinnamon on 6 small sweet potatoes. This recipe is going into the favorites box.

These are nice and I like how easy they are to make. With that said, they are not awesome, but considering the ease, it beats doing the really sweet traditional sweet potatoes that are way too sweet.

I was amazed how great this recipe came out. It was so easy to make and they don't taste low in fat in any way!
