Ellie succeeds yet again. This is sooo easy and absolutely delicious. It is especially with a fall or winter meal. I baked the potatoes the full time and they ended up nice and carmelized. We need more Ellie Krieger!

This recipe was easy and had a wonderful flavor. I added a couple of tablespoons of grand marnier which complemented the flavors very well.

I went to the farmers market and bought some sweet potatoes. This recipe was very good. Next time I will be sure to cut the pieces the same size because some turned out more cooked than others. Still very good way to make sweet potatoes...and healthy.

This was a great new way to enjoy sweet potatoes. I only had to bake my potatoes for about 30 minutes, so suggest stirring and checking them at 20 minutes. These potatoes were pleasantly sweet, enough to satisfy mine and my husband's sweet tooth, without the typical gooey brown sugar and marshmallows. Fresh and tasty. I will definitely make these again.

What a wonderful easy recipe! They are also great as leftovers - just reheat in the microwave. My husband prefers them with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top after baking. A great way to eat sweet potatoes.

This recipe is so easy but so good - we love sweet potatoes and this is good change to just baking them .. I have also added diced white potatoes
