    Didn't like this one at all. By cutting the sweet potatoes into such small pieces, I lost the sweetness of the sweet potatoes. The consistency was awful as well.

    And quite tasty. I will add some spices like cinnamon next time for extrq flavor. Quite tasty as is but I think this is a great dish to tweak to your personal taste.
