Wonderful flavor and welcome reprieve from the cloyingly sweet traditional casserole. This recipe's a keeper! Made the dish as is, but with a little extra of the honey lemon oil mixture because it was just too tasty not to over indulge. :-

i liked these a lot, but next time i'll need to adjust cooking time. i had them in for 1 hr, stirring about 3 times, and after the 3rd time stirring the bottoms got very brown. normally this would be fine with roasted veggies but it made these chewy. i'll definitely make them again, but probably cook them about 45-50 minutes keeping an eye on them to take them out before they get too browned.

These where AMAZING! I do not care for all the sugar in candied sweet potatoes. I was so glad when I found this recipe today. Made them for Thanksgiving Day Diner today. They where a huge hit. This is my new must make Sweet Potato recipe.

Delicious!! Will be making these for Thanksgiving this year instead of the candied sweet potatoes I've been making for nearly 40 years!! Thanks!

Simple recipe for great tasting sweet potatoes. Not as good as candied sweet potatoes, but much few calories.

I used the ingredients, but on carrots instead of sweet potatoes, and it was delicious!
