I am so happy I tried this recipe. When I initially read the ingredients, I was skeptical that together they would produce a sweet potato dish that would satisfy my craving for the sweetness I've come to expect for this type of side dish. I was amazed at how much I loved it. This recipe deserves the high rating it has received! I don't want to make sweet potatoes any other way!

Fantastic recipe--sweet, but not overly sweet. This has become a family favorite in my house with one slight change: I use at least 3 times as much lemon juice for extra fruitiness and tang.

Delicious! I'm not usually a fan of typical sweet potato dishes because they're so freakin' sweet. This recipe offered just the right amount of sweetness to complement the natural sweetness of the potatoes without overdoing it. I used white balsamic vinegar instead of lemon juice because I had no lemons on hand. Worked great. Thanks!

A good simple side dish but next time I'll doctor it up with chili powder or cumin and maybe some bell pepper. Certainly much better than a basic baked sweet potato or a sickeningly sweet casserole.
