Cooked these at 325 degrees. Only change I made was to add a little bit of cinnamon. Baked for one hour with the ham. Absolutely delicious and so easy!

I was disappointed with this dish. The honey flavor did not show through, and the lemon flavor was not a good match. It tasted okay, but I'm glad I tested this recipe before cooking it for Thanksgiving.

I gave these a try to see if I wanted to make them for Thanksgiving dinner. They were good, but nothing special. They might be better if roasted along with some chunks of red onion and red bell pepper.

Delish! Nice and simple so you can taste the goodness of the sweet potato. Definitely a keeper. And it's great that it's healthy too! Thanks, Ellie! (P.S. Would love to have nutrition info on your recipes

So good... just ate 1 pound of sweet potato for dinner! Am excited to have again for lunch tomorrow! Added a little chili powder, a little more salt and some freshly ground pepper... yum!

Be careful ..... These are addicting. I make them at least once a week and they are so easy. Costco usually has a good deal on a box of SP's and they keep well. They do take a while to cook, so I usually roast a double batch so I can have them for lunch the next day. SO healty, but even my 12 year old loved them. These are my hubbies favorite way to eat veggies!

I made these last night and they were delicious! I cooked them at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. I checked them every 15 minutes and tossed them around. I roasted them in a stonewear bar pan. They were nice and sticky on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. so much healthier than all those recipes where the sweet potatos are drowning in butter and sugar.
