    I had some left over sweet potatoes from thankgiving shopping and I needed to make some quick and easy. This recipe was just perfect for the night. Very easy, delicious, husband loved it... therefore will do it again.

    I absolutely love sweet potatoes so I definitely enjoyed this dish. The honey was a perfect complement to the sweetness of the potatoes. I agree that they didn't turn out as crusty as I was hoping they would, but it really didn't effect the taste.

    Fixed this one night and was very pleased with the results. It was very very tasty. Even my husband enjoyed this and he's rather picky when it comes to sweet potatoes!

    it wasn't as good as i thought it would be, but it was still good. a little bland, and make sure you cover it with foil while cooking. I know that is probably very common sense to most people but I am new to cooking alot and it took forever to cook it because i din't cover it until half way through.

    These potatoes had such a great flavor. It is a great change from simply baked. The lemon and honey worked so well together.

    I made these exactly as directed, they turned out perfectly! The flavor really goes well with the sweetness of the potatoes. I will be making these again and again!
