Just what I was looking for: a healthy satisfying snack! I shaped mine as traditional pretzels and used a little more whole wheat flour because I wanted a heartier taste, a little more honey, an egg white instead of the whole egg, and I sprinkled some of them with salt, some with cinnamon and sugar, and some I just left plain for a little variety. I found the nutritional information out to be about 160 calories and 3g of fat per pretzel. I am a college student and these are great to snack on between classes. Much easier to make than I had expected!

I added a little extra honey and chose to twist them into traditional pretzels instead of sticks, but overall very good, and I will be making these again! :

Extra yummy. Definitely more bread-like than crunchy pretzel, but that was exactly what I was going for.

I made these today, and I was surprised how easy they were. They had a nice fresh bread taste, more like bread than Pretzels, but good. I used 3 1/2 cups of freshly ground hard white wheat flour, and 1 1/4 C all purpose flour. The dough was a little sticky, so I used just a tiny bit more flour while rolling them out. I actually shaped them like real pretzles, which was fun. The baking time was spot on. I'll be making these again for a fun snack for my kids!

Everything is listed except how many are per serving - kind of hard to determine what you're eating for nutrition if there is no serving size.
