One of my most favorite recipies! Love all the fresh peppers and low calories! I make it at least once a month!

I'm not a big fan of shellfish but I made this with my husband in mind. He absolutely loves shrimp, prawns, anything that comes from the sea. I liked it OK, but honestly it reminded me of a boxed jambalaya mix. I'll make it again, but not for a while.

This was a very savory dish, great flavors. My husband loved it . I will make it again for sure.

This is the best Jambalaya recipe that I've found to date. It is really really good.

There is only one thing I will change next time we make this. It is to substitute Spanish Valencia Paella rice (sold in America and Pearl Rice under the Goya brand. Paella rice works better than long grain rice in recipes like this.

I'm adding this to our family favorites recipe collection.

I'm in the UK so this was a new recipe for me. An easy and healthy one pot dish that my family loved. I thought there might be left overs but my son and husband demanded seconds. Can see this becoming a regular dish in our family.
I didn't have any low sodium stock so just skipped adding any extra salt.

I tried this recipe just as written and it was great! Will definitely make it again and again. Wouldn't change a thing.

Great taste! I wanted to get rid of leftover ham from Christmas and it was nice to switch it up a bit. Even my kids ate it (I added only a hint of Cayenne Pepper. The mix of spices was perfect unlike most healthier meals which lack flavor. I used basmati rice (my favorite white rice and the consistency came out perfect. I would definitely make this again.

Next time I might use andouille sausage instead of the ham, but this recipe was very tasty for a low-fat version. I don't know why this recipe is rated as "Intermediate" difficulty; it is super simple. Definitely needs more salt, and I'll kick the spices up a bit next time too, but overall, I was very pleased with how it turned out.

Excellent comfort food - quick and easy to make. I substituted Andouille sausage for the ham and added a couple of stalks of chopped celery. It's a keeper.
