This is a great dish. I made it for my husband for dinner and we both LOVED it! The flavors are wonderful and the best part is only having to clean up one pot. I couldn't help myself and ate two helpings. It was sooooo good. I have tried other jumbalaya recipes that don't even compare to this one. This will definitely be my number one jumbalaya recipe for good. Thanks Ellie-you rock!

I made this yesterday for dinner and it was absolutely delicious!!! Definitely a keeper, however next time I won't put in 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper (it was too spicy for me.

This recipe looked so easy on her show that I had to try it. It WAS incredibly easy, took very little time, was all prepared in one big pot, and came out perfectly. We substituted chicken breast for the ham with great results. Since the diced tomatoes and the chicken broth we used were both salted, we only added a little salt when serving. Highly recommend!

Simple to make and really tasty! I used about half the cayenne pepper (I'm a wimp and it was just right for my taste.
    It's a keeper. Thanks, Ellie!
