These cookies just went into the oven, so I can't comment on the final product yet, but the batter is very tasty, and I love that there are low calorie substitutions. However, I followed the measurements to the T and only came out with 11 cookies, not 18-20 like the serving size suggests. Just an FYI, if you want more, you will definitely have to double the batch.

FANTASTIC! Soft, chewy, and delicious! My kiddos loved them and began sharing their ideas on what to include in the recipe next time. We used chocolate and dried cherries this time. Feels good to know that they are healthier than your average cookie! Thanks Ellie!

I thought these cookies were good, but they won't replace the good old fattening cookies in my household. I will make them again for myself since I am trying to eat better, but my husband said to make him a different kind for him to eat. The loved the cherries so much I will make my next batch with less apricots so I have room for more.

I'm always making my kids cookies and never feel like I can eat one without feeling bad. There are so many good things for you in these cookies, they won't make me feel bad for eating them at all. They are soooo good too, which is a HUGE plus!!!!! Try these, they are so worth it!

these cookies are the best ever. The dried fruit and apple sauce makes them super sweet and have a fresh taste. I made my first batch yesterday and had to make another today because they were gone. BEST COOKIE EVER! They are awesome cookies, and good for you too.

Easy to make and tastes so good to be healthy for you! I didn't have applesauce so I pulsed up an apple I had on hand! Made the cookies today and they are are about gone!

Reviewers PLEASE read the recipe. It CLEARLY says to cook at 375 degrees at the very top of the recipe.

These cookies were just okay meaning I will not be making them again. I feel like if you are going to eat the calories of a cookie, even the healthier ones, they should taste good. These were too dry and did not have much flavor.
