This tea came out very pretty with the rasberry cubes and was refreshing..but next time I might add a little less lemon. The lemon came out a bit overpowering for me, but maybe that was the point since Lemon is the first word in the name. Also, if you are looking for a sweeter tea, you may want to add some sugar but I would leave the pitcher of tea itself as is, so the guests would have the choice of adding some if they want. Everybody enjoyed the tea, though, so good recipe and would make again

This is delicious! I quadruple the recipe (makes 2 huge containers and still it doesn't last long enough in our house. I have to admint I use green tea because that's what I have on hand, and have made it with fresh lemon juice and bottled, either way is just as good. It is a bit of work, but so much more economical than buying ready-made, and I'm sure it must be better for you. I love Ellie! I've made many of her recipes and each has been a keeper. Her common sense approach to healthy eating really appeals to me. I highly recommend her book, "Small Changes, Big Results" to anyone struggling with healthy eating choices.

This makes a very good tea with just a hint of ginger. A nice change of pace. I brewed my tea in an iced tea maker and then added the ginger-honey mixture to it.

I first time I tried this tea recipe, I forgot to add the lemon and it turned out wonderful. The second time I made the tea, I added the lemon, but it tasted like water with lemon in it. I think the lemon actually diluted all the other flavors.

You can make this with a little "adult addition" and it's even better!

Simple and delicious!! I saw her make this recipe on a show and made it the same day. It came out perfect! The drink is basically water but with a good squeeze of fresh lemons(which I love in water with a hint of sweetness from the ginger and then honey. This is a keeper :
