Delicious flavors- I love tofu and meat. The pepper and the peanuts were a great addition to an EASY meal! I will find the right kind of lettuce next time!

I like the recipe but prefer a bit more nutrition in my lettuce so I went with Romaine instead. Pressing the tofu to rid if of water is easy as well with a tofu press I got from TofuXpress. Great for a side dish or meal if your willing to make enough. Good recipe.

Really delicious. I made it for Sunday brunch, and my husband and 16-yr-old daughter could not get enough. The peanuts and the red pepper toppings really kicked it up! I used leaf lettuce by mistake, and it did not hold the contents very well. So I'll be sure to select Bib or Romaine next time.

This is a keeper! Very tasty, easy, and versitle. I made miso soup for the hungry while I cooked it and everybody loved /ate it...all gone. I had iceberg. The sauce is sweet and can be used on many things. Try this...you won't be disappointed

I made a vegetarian version. Left the beef out and doubled tofu. Super easy and delicious. Everyone could not have enough. Kids approved. I used butter lettuce and romaine lettuce. Kids loved the crunchy romaine lettuce. Perfect for a light dinner.

The whole family loved this. It was a bit spicy for my boys but easy to adjust. Fun to eat, and a great way to get more tofu into the rotation.

This was awesome! Super easy to make and delicious. I chose to make it with double the tofu and no beef and it was still fantastic!

This was absolutely DELICIOUS! Love the sauce! Although I'm Asian American, I don't enjoy Asian food that much. However, this was addicting!

Wow! Happily surprised! I made it for my friend who isn't a big fan or vegetables or tofu and they enjoyed it too!

This was excellent! Husband & "kinda-picky" son both loved it! A little "labor-intensive" prep time, but worth it. I doubled the recipe. Only changes: added diced onion and garlic with the ginger mix & toasted the peanuts, rinsing them beforehand for less salt. (& I had to press the tofu for ~ 1 Hr to make it dry enough for use.We were out of cabbage, so we just spooned tofy/beef mix on top of a fresh romaine salad mix. Don't "pass" on the toppings, they really add to this dish! Thanks, Ellie!!!!!
