Use fresh linguini for better texture.

This is a great, flavorful dish, though I did make some changes. I roasted the asparagus and tomatoes with a little olive oil at 425 for about 12 minutes. I used chicken broth in place of the pasta water and I'm sure I used more lemon juice than it called for (I didn't measure.

My wife said that this was the best seafood pasta that we've ever made. I agree. I did add a couple of touches of my own (my own shrimp stock in place of the pasta water, and a little bit of fresh tarragon and saffron but the asparagus and tomato worked beautifully with the shrimp.

I love this recipe. I tried it using green beans and that was great too. Nice, fresh, light, satisfying meal.

One of Ellie's bigest fans. This is a great dish for two working parents. Very light and the wine gives it a great flavor. Thanks Ellie!

I discovered this recipe all the time and I enjoy it because you can make 1 serving or 10 if you like. It is easy, quick and healthy, what more can you ask for?
