This was delicious! I made it with Shrimp and instead of celery (since I didn't have any, I used cucumbers, and to add a little kick, I used two hot peppers. Also, with my shrimp and cooked it with black pepper and rosemary (very little of each and it was great. I LOVED IT!!

This was delicious and so easy to make! The textures were good. Crisping the roll definitely enhances the flavors. This recipe is good for the family or company! I tested it on my sons (both adults and they enjoyed it. Filling without making you feel stuffed. I will make it again!

These are absolutely fantastic and easy to make! I mixed them up on a Friday and we ate them on Sunday and Monday and I made more for Tuesday and Wednesday!!! The second time, we added more celery to get a better crunch and used imitation lobster (don't have much fresh in Ohio and it was fabulous

I made this with shrimp tonight and it was awesome! We didn't strain the yogurt, which I will do next time. It will definitely be a go to recipe for company.

Very good and easy to make. I also made it with crab meat. My boyfriend tried it and went to buy more crab meat for him to make on his own.

I remember trying this recipe in "2008". I hadn't joined this network at the time. I just wanted to say that this recipe was outstanding!! I prepared it for a small dinner party I gave and my guests really enjoyed it. Some had never heard of a lobster roll. Thanks Ellie!

SO GOOD!! I used shrimp and added fresh dill, then wrapped the salad in lettuce cups to cut the carbs. It was delicious!

I made a few subsitutions since I was using what I had on hand and it was still so delicious. First I used whole shrimp. Cleaned them and tossed them into boiling water for 2 minutes. Next substitution was onions for scallions. Used light mayo instead of regular, and only used 2 tablespoons instead of three. Then I used truffle oil on a Natures Own Whitewheat hot dog bun (light bun. Oh my was it good!

This was such an easy recipe. I used a bag of Langostino Tails from Trader Joe's instead of lobster and you couldn't tell. The yogurt was creamy and flavorful. I didn't change a thing about the recipe and my husband and I both loved it!
