This made a nice light meal. I stuffed low fat baby croissants hot from the oven with the lobster mixture. Lovely! The prep was really easy and the end product reminded me of lobster rolls I had when in Maine a few years ago. I will cut down a bit on the Greek yogurt and the mayo next time. There was a little to much for the amount of lobster invovled.

I thought this was wonderful. Didn't have enough lobster meat, so I added some shrimp. Very fresh tasting and healthier version of a classic dish.

Made it with fresh shrimp, excellent and easy...I just added garlic powder and another tablespoon of mayo after tasting and it was as good if not better than ones I have had in seafood restaurants.

I made a version of this with crab meat, since it's my boyfriend's favorite kind of seafood. It was a hit! So glad I found this post!

This is awesome!!!!. I used shrimp as it was more affordable. Everyone gives their own little twist so try this: To the final mix add cold chopped boiled eggs then toss the mixture with cold boiled pasta. (no buns A really great cool summer pasta salad. For friends that like things spicy, I added a couple of shots of Louisiana hot sauce. Enjoy!

Hi I'll review from a "wanna be cook's" point of view. Simple to make , but looks like a chef made it! A win-win in my book. I made it with langastinos and used green onions because I forgot to buy scallions, but it was delicious. My husband never realized it was a "healthy version" recipe. My only suggestion would be to make it a few hours ahead and let it chill in the refrigerator. The "leftovers" tasted even better! Thanks for making the novice cook look like I know what I'm doing.

These were surprisingly delicious! I made them as the recipe called except used shrimp and added garlic salt to taste at the end. I feel like the garlic salt really enhanced the flavor profile, adding a little something extra while also making the other flavors stand out. You definitely gotta toast the buns - they really complete the dish. I would have given it five stars but my husband, who is a picky eater, wasn't crazy about it. Next time I will try it with crab meat.
