SO GOOD!! I used shrimp and added fresh dill, then wrapped the salad in lettuce cups to cut the carbs. It was delicious!

I made a few subsitutions since I was using what I had on hand and it was still so delicious. First I used whole shrimp. Cleaned them and tossed them into boiling water for 2 minutes. Next substitution was onions for scallions. Used light mayo instead of regular, and only used 2 tablespoons instead of three. Then I used truffle oil on a Natures Own Whitewheat hot dog bun (light bun. Oh my was it good!

This was such an easy recipe. I used a bag of Langostino Tails from Trader Joe's instead of lobster and you couldn't tell. The yogurt was creamy and flavorful. I didn't change a thing about the recipe and my husband and I both loved it!

This was excellent!!! The dressing really was yummy ... and I followed it per the recipe, except I used 1% yogurt instead of fat free (I used Fage brand greek yogurt - plus the mayo.

My fish store does not sell cooked and shelled lobster, so I ordered whole lobster steamed -- then took it home and shelled it myself -- then chilled it until ready to make. Other than getting the lobster out of the shell, this dish was extremely easy.

This will be on my list of favorite things to make this coming summer!
