So easy and simple. Very good on top of pancakes for breakfast. If you eat it just as a salad, I'd probably use less maple syrup as it gets pretty juicy.

My whole family loved this as did all the people I gave this as a gift. I love making gifts and this one was truly appreciated and enjoyed by everyone and it's not like just any other orange!!!! Take your time and enjoy what you're doing and make it original and you'll love it and so will the recipients!!!

Do try to find clementines (instead of tangerines or mandarins, as these are much sweeter and do better in this salad.

This is pathetic. Nothing here is worth the effort. A plain orange is just as good as this disappointing charade. Sorry, this is just not a good use of time or calories. Don't bother.
