Simple to prepare. Maple adds a bit of interest to the flavor compared with honey/sugar glazes. Walnuts end up crunchy. Glaze doesn't clump or turn grainy like many other recipes. Just what I've been looking for.

these are amazingly easy to make and amazingly delicious to eat!! i just wish walnuts and maple syrup were cheaper!

Delicious and perfect! I added a few heaping tablespoons of bourbon to mine and used them to top off my Roasted Sweet Potato Cheesecake. Great combo!

What a FANTASTIC recipe! So incredibly quick, easy, and de-licious! I love how chewy they are right after you make them :D yummmm! Who needs candy when you have these around!? Thank you Ellie for making a healthy, delicious, and easy-to-make snack, dessert, or salad topper.

I just made these with almonds since I didn't have any walnuts, they are so yummy! I can't wait for them to cool off, I'm eating them warm. So easy and delicious. I'll try again with pecans and walnuts.
