I made this last night on a whim after seeing the show, and it was divine!! So easy and wonderfully moist. Next time I'd probably use 3 Tablespoons of grainy mustard to I T.dijon, and maybe double the garlic.in any case i would reccomend this highly. It would be great for company.

Cooking can't get any easier than this. The flavor and moistness of this chicken is outstanding! I used 6 chicken thighs, because that's what came in the package, and doubled the sauce recipe. We'll be having this again very soon.

This was a great diet recipe. Only 260 some odd calories per serving. it fit great with my low cal low fat diet.

I can't wait to try it on fish and chicken breats.

My mom and I teamed up for a family luncheon. This chicken was easy and smelled great while it was cooking. Also served Ellie's kitchen sink cookies for dessert! Yummy!

We tried this last night; it's delicious. My five-year-old told me I'm a great cook! My husband's only complaint was we needed MORE! The crust formed nicely and the meat was tender and juicy. Nobody realized they were eating healthy food as is the case with so many of Ellie's recipes I've tried. Definitely will use this recipe again.

Not only was this a treat in the ease of preparation and cooking, but the flavor was GREAT! That mustard/maple syrup glaze was a good recipe for bone-in chicken thighs. I'll try this on other meats. And, the mashed sweet potatoes were a good side dish, too. Very refreshing. Thanks, Ellie!

I thought the combination of mustard and maple syrup sounded strange but I am fairly adventuresome when it comes to eating so I gave it a try. Yummm! i loved it. I, too, will be trying it on different cuts of chicken and I like the salmon idea as well. I also think ti might work well slathered on a whole roasting chicken so that will be on the list to try as well. Thanks Ellie!

I was really looking forward to this one and it smelled great while cooking, but in the end the flavor just did not do it for me.

This had great flavor! I loved it! I think next time, I'll try honey instead of maple syrup just to see if it is as good.

Everyone in the family LOVED this! I was afraid the "mustard flavor" would be too strong, with the amount of mustard in this recipe, but it is wonderful! Another great plus is it is super SIMPLE to make! Thanks!
