    Ok the chicken was pretty good. I modified it a little bit by reserving some of the basting sauce to put on the chicken after it cooked or it probably would have got a 3. The chicken was perfectly cooked.

    My family loved this dish. I used boneless, skinless breasts instead of thighs and served it over brown rice. Even my picky toddler loved the flavor!

    I also used skinless, boneless chicken breasts for the recipe and they turned out incredibly delicious. I did not get a crust on my chicken, just a glaze. I will definately make this recipe again!!

    What a great way to cook chicken. I am going to try this on salmon as well. My husband loved it. Keep up the fantastic work.

    As I havve colestorel problems I'm always looking for new chicken dishes. This was exciting, only difference i used skinless,boneless breasts. The crust kept them moist. Try it you will love it, I bet its great cold.
