Chicken thighs are one of my favorite parts of the chicken because of their flavor and the ingredients in this recipe enhanced them! Check out my blog for a review - randomactsoffood.blogspot

Wow I loved this! The chicken was SO juicy and delicious! The glaze was excellent except I added a few dashes of hot sauce for some kick (which I really enjoyed in there. I will definitely make this again!

Just finished eating it. My husband loved it and he is not a big thigh fan, especially on the bone. I thought it was very good too. The chicken was certainly super tender and it did make a crust, not sure why others were unable to achieve that. I did use the glass dish as she suggested and it cooked for 55 mins. I would make it again, it certainly was easy to do.

I generally love Ellie's recipes but this one is outstanding! I have put this as a regular dish in my monthly meals... The flavor is wonderful...not too spicy and not too sweet! In addition, I love the fact that the chicken actually gets a wonderful "crisp" finish without having any skin to crisp... so this is a great trick that saves fat and calories. In my hands, I also get a bit of a sauce that develops in the roasting pan which is an extra plus. Finally, the best reason is that it is easy to prepare and you can make a big batch to warm later on.... A-Plus in my book!

This was fast, easy and so tasty....you'd think the mustard would be overwhelming, but combination with maple syrup adds the perfect sweetness. Marjoram isn't my favorite herb--have used it mostly with beef dishes in the past, but it works wonderfully here. I'm guessing rosemary or thyme would work well, too. I used skin on legs and thighs, but will try with skinless next time to cut some of those fat calories.

My husband and I loved this. I make the maple mustard sauce all the time now sometimes with garlic sometimes without (it's great both ways. It is great on salmon. I've also used it as a sandwich condiment. Thanks for a great recipe!

The recipe had 5 stars when I tried it but the flavor was as confused as the ingredients seemed. The chicken was juicy but that tends to be the nature of fatty chicken thighs. I did not alter the ingredients, evidently I should have!

I love chicken thighs and was looking for a new quick recipe. This dish fit the bill perfectly! I prepared it just as Ellie wrote it and my husband and I were both very pleased. I'll definitely be making this again and again!
