Everyone loved the chicken. I subbed tarragon for the marjoram and used only one kind of mustard. It was so delicious, this will definitely become a regular in our menu.

I only had one kind of mustard (deli brown and no marjoram, so I used 2 tbs mustard and 1 tbs mayonnaise and for the herbs I used thyme and oregano. So delicious, moist and easy! Am definitely making it again.

I was so surprised at how yummy this chicken was! I love to cook and I usually prepare meals that take about an hour to prep and prepare. However, I needed something quick that I could put on the table without going to the store and this recipe caught my eye. I prepared the recipe to the "T" and I can't think of anything to add/take away.

The chicken came out delicious and so easy to make. I was skeptical at first since I'm not usually a fan of mustard. I used Italian seasoning and some lemon pepper instead of the majorem. This is definitely a repeat. It is so simple I won't need the recipe next time.

I used boneless, skinless thighs and trimmed all the fat I could. I also used reduced calorie maple syrup. They were great. My husband loved this dish. For budget reasons, it is nice to find a healthy alternative to the expensive boneless skinless chicken breasts. This is so easy to pull together. Thanks for a great recipe.

This recipe is so easy and consistently delicious every time. I have made it for company twice, and it is great because I can make it ahead and keep it covered in the refrigerator until I am ready to put it in the oven. Rave revews from guests both times. I have used multiple types of mustard, and it always turns out good. My husband who thought he did not like chicken thighs really enjoyed this recipe and now we have it at least twice a month.

Yes, you definitely need to love mustard and dark meat to love this dish. My 2 kids that I usually have to fight with to eat any kind of protein had seconds. It was simple to put together and was amazing to eat. We will be having it again soon!

I thought this was a great recipe. I just skipped the grainy mustard for fear it
would have to bold of a mustard taste.
