I did this for dinner last night and it was a great hit. My wife said it is a keeper on the monthly rotation.

I thought it was really good and easy but my fiance didn't agree. Granted, he is not a huge fan of mustard or dark meat. If you like both of those, delicious!

Works nice with boned chicken breasts. Also easy to double for 8 servings.

This was such a great recipe. Easy to put to getting with things I had on hand already. I was looking for an easy recipe with chicken thighs and came across this. I'm so glad I did. My husband and kids all loved it. I added fresh Marjoram from my herb garden in addition to the dry. Great combination of flavors!

This recipe was extremely easy to make: the ingredients are readily available; and the preparation and cook time are short. Also, and most importantly, the taste was outstanding. My husband and enjoyed the chicken immensely!
I will definately be making this recipe on a weekly basis.

Nice flavor. I made leftovers and used a piece to make a great salad.

This recipe was easy to follow and the chicken came out moist. The maple/mustard sauce did not "crust" as much as I expected and was a little overpowering. This recipe is a keeper for a last minute healthy meal, but next time I will try putting less sauce on the chicken before baking.

I think the success of this recipe is in the choice of mustard. I didn't have any grainy mustard on hand and opted for an aioli garlic mustard sauce sold by Trader Joe's. I left out the fresh garlic, added maple syrup and used bouquet garni instead of just marjoram. The house was filled with the most delicious aromas while it baked! I mixed some more mustard sauce with maple syrup, warmed it slightly and served it on the side. The whole family loved it!
