I've made this twice and it is easy and delicious. Depending on your oven it may not take the full 45 mins. Stick a fork in the thigh and cook until the juices run clear. It has items you have on hand and doesn't take any marinating time.

The chicken was moist but the whole thing was way to mustardy. It was all you could taste. We ended up having to throw it out.

We made it for dinner after watching the episode; easy go-to recipe as we had all the ingredients on hand! And it tasted great too!

I loved the ease of this dish. It literally takes 5 minutes to prepare and then you just stick it in the oven. It was very moist and flavorful. The mustard flavor though is strong so you have to really like mustard. My 7 year old did not like it but my husband and I did!

The taste was very odd and I could not bring myself to eat it.

This was just OK for my family. I used boneless skinless breasts, and they were extremely moist and juicy, but we just weren't fans of the maple mixed with the mustard. We like both of them separately, but together it was just an odd taste.

I love chicken thighs and I'm always looking for new, healthy ways to cook them. This is such a flavorful way to cook chicken. I would even use this recipe with chicken breast! I also added a little honey to the recipe and it turned out great! Thanks Ellie!

Armed with this recipe and an actual coupon for one of the ingredients, I hit the grocery store. Everything was a breeze except for the grainy french mustard. I couldnt find anything that was listed as such at walmart. Yea, I know I live Hicksviille but Walmart is about the only option. I ended up buying Maille Old Style Whole Grain Dijon Mustard. I still dont know it that was a good replacment choice.

Anyway, the entire thing turned out fantastic and was super easy to make. I served the dish with Wild Rice Couscous and steamed Snow Pea's. Lets just put it this way, my 7 year old and his buddy asked for seconds. My girlfriend and her daughter was in shock. I plan on making everyone the Strawberry & heart shaped pancakes for breakfast before the shock wears off.

Thanks Ellie for making me an instant pro. Now only if I could learn how to operate that darn washing machine.

Yours truly, future stay at home dad (ha ha
