These were super easy to make, just make sure you watch the bread in the oven on broil. sheesh, it can burn fast if your not careful!

This was so good. I thoroughly enjoyed it and my boyfriend loved it. I made it with a nice, hearty grain round loaf of bread, sliced the way she recommended it, and this just made it so hearty and fun. I am definitely making this again and looking forward to it!

These heros were great tasting. The part I loved the best was that I made the turkey meatballs for the spicy meatball and wheat spaghetti one night and made enough to make this dish a couple of nights later. Both dishes had great flavor, are healthy and easy to make.

We love meatball hero's and this was an easy, healthy and fun alternative to beef!
