    Made this last night for dinner and it was very good! I did add cheese and some fire roasted tomatoes to it. The bean dip was excellent! I agree the portion size is a bit small, my husband and I ended up splitting a second one. I think you could put any kind of toppings you wanted, like any pizza. Great bean dip recipe and good idea about the pizza on whole wheat tortillas! Thanks Ele ;

    I made this recipe with both the large flour tortilla and the corn tortillas. The flour held up better - both were delicious. We don't like cabbage and we did put a small amount of weight watchers cheese on it....was fantastic!!!! My husband puts jalapenos on everything so I topped his pizza with a whole jalapeno cut up....he loved it.

    This was very good. The beans had alot of flavor. My Husband and I felt this would be great as a snack in-between meals or when you don't want a meal per say.
    He has a BIG appetite and the recipe did not make enough to satisfy as a meal. I, on the other-hand was very happy with the portion size.

    I made this for dinner tonight and had the best raves from my 4 year old son: I LOVE this pizza. Even my 11 month old ate it and loved it. I didn't have any cabbage so I topped the bean dip with bagged broccoli slaw. And, in the dip, I subbed a can of green chilies for the jalape?o to keep the heat down while giving flavor.

    I have made this and the 7-layer dip. Both are extremely good. Who knew you could skip the cheese and sour cream and just get that punch of flavor from the cabbage and spice!

    This is SO GOOD! After reading all the reviews, I changed mine just a little. I crisped my tortilla in the oven for about 2 minutes with convection on. In the bean dip, I added 2 more cloves of garlic, a 1/4 tsp coriander, a little garlic powder and a couple tablespoons of green onions. I also left the dip just a little chunky. I never can leave a recipe alone. I put 2 tbsp of cheese on top of the bean dip and baked for about 8 min with convection. After they came out, I added the tomatoes, shredded iceberg lettuce, salsa and 1 tbsp light sour cream per pizza. I was completely stuffed and satisfied after 1 pizza. I figure that makes up for the cheese and sour cream. TOTALLY AWESOME!
    My husband couldn't believe it was healthy. He told me "Its a Keeper." He never likes my "diet" food. The bean dip is completely awesome on its own and I think I will take it to my next office potluck. We also made some baked corn chips to go with the extra bean dip and some salsa. Totally fabulous!

    Loved the flavor of the bean dip. Will be using that for other things as well. My tortillas did not crisp up in the oven so it was a bit hard for me to eat. Tonight I will bake the tortillas a bit before I put the bean dip on. All in all....great. I also put a slice of non fat cheese before baking.
