    Crowd pleaser. Made them for the Bunco girls, just the right size. Rolled in cupcake sprinkles! So easy & so good :

    I have made these before with strawberry frozen yogurt and rolled them in mini chocolate chips! great combo

    Delicious and crunchy! Other ice cream coating I used were: chopped candies, chocolate chips, etc. Small strawberry pieces are also good because it resembles a closed strawberry shortcake. I'm debating whether to try it with other ice cream flavors.
