I read all the review and decided to take the advise and add some garlic... really really good and VERY good the next day in sandwiches. It was easy, and everyone liked it and they didn't notice it was turkey. Great!

This was a wonderful weeknight recipe and we had plenty of leftovers - I added one chopped jalapeno for a little extra kick!

I made the turkey meatloaf for the first time tonight. It was so easy and so delicious. It had lots of flavor and was very moist. The only thing I changed was the tomato sauce. I did not put tomato sauce on top of the meat loaf. I put ketchup instead because it's sweeter. It was perfect. I will make it again and again.

Easy and tasted good but nothing special... I think I would omit 1 egg next time, seemed a little loose to me.

Excellent recipe! We used mushrooms since we didn't have any bell pepper, and it worked great! We did need to add some bread crumbs to stiffen up the mixture, as it was a little bit thin. Otherwise, VERY GOOD. We'll definitely make this one again!

I'm not big on turkey meatloaf, but this is wonderful. I used 1 1/4# pounds ground turkey (white and dark as packaged, and adjusted accordingly. I diced the onions for the top though. Put a couple of potatoes in the oven to bake along side, and mixed up a gingerbread (Betty Crocker cake and put that in the oven too! Great dinner, can't wait for a sandwich tomorrow.

Oh, yes, I also added a dash of garlic powder.

    Yummy!

My husband makes one great meatloaf, so I was kind of hesitant to make a different one. He said this was much better than the one he makes and his mothers (that was a shock!! The only thing I will change next time is maybe putting a couple of crumbled crackers in it (and cut some of the oats to give it a little more thickness. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly and turned out wonderful.
