My husband and I love this. Our only change is to leave the onion slices off the top.

This recipe was really tasy and pretty easy to make. My only complaint would be that it didn't hold together as well as regular meatloaf.

I decided to try Ellie's meatloaf because it was so similar to my Grandmothers... it turned out wonderful, even moister with the addition of milk. The added veggies was a bonus as well. I crumbled the leftovers in a pasta sauce the next day and it was delicious. Thanks for another fantastic recipe, Ellie!

Next time, I plan on adding more sauce and a few more diced peppers, other than that, it was a hit and so simple to make!

I gave this recipe 3 stars because it is very healthy and the meatloaf turns out quite moist. However it was BLAND. Ground turkey needs a lot more than salt, pepper, worchestire and ketchup. I prefer Emeril's Lean Mean Turkey Loaf which also has more vegetables.

I made this meatloaf recently. Instead of ketchup I used some Rao's Marinara blended up with some rehydrated sun dried tomatoes and a little tamari soy sauce. Since I am trying to avoid sugar, this seemed like a good alternative. This turkey meatloaf was pretty tasty -- and even better the second day.

This is a very tasty meatloaf, the best part is that you can eat it and feel good about it too!

This recipe was easy to follow and very tasty. I'm not a seasoned cook, so I was pleased with the results. It actually tasted like something my mom would make...which is good.
