This was the best tasting meatloaf I have ever had. It was moist and had a great texture. I substituted ground turkey for the turkey breast. It may cost you a few more calories, but it is definitely worth the substitution. I will make this meatloaf time and time again. Thanks Ellie!

This recipe is delicious and juicy! Everyone loved it and asked to have it again. My son in law requested we take it to his Mom's house for a PotLuck dinner. He especially loved the vegies in the meatloaf. Thanks Ellie!

This meatloaf tasted very good, but the consistency was a little off...the leftover meatloaf remolded itself in the shape of the container. That aside, I would still make this again. This was the first time I've made turkey meatloaf and not had to throw any away!

Not totally bad, but won't make it again, just not a big fan of turkey (used the white-meat, low fat version meatloaf. After reading the reviews, added garlic, bbq sauce rather than ketchup, and baked it at 375 degrees...still quite tasteless, may make ok sandwiches though.

This is the most excellent turkey meatloaf recipe I have tried. My husband loved it - I can tell because as soon as dinner was over he was carefully wrapping the leftovers and talking about meatloaf for lunch the next day.

The meatloaf was very tender and tasty. I just wish there was more tomato sauce. Next time I might add a second can of sauce to the top, or maybe cut the recipe in half nad make 2 meatloafs each with 1 can of sauce.

It was daring of me to set aside my mother's hearty, old-fashioned meatloaf, which included Italian sausage and other evil (but delicious ingredients to try out this Mom's Turkey Meatloaf.

But this experiment was a favoral, moist and truly delightful meal -- a huge hit with four kids, ages 9 through 13, who normally eschew anything with onions adn red peppers. And the man in my life, a wonderful cook himself, declared this recipe "a wonderful find."

I stayed true to the recipe, only adding black olives and sprinkling chopped red peppers on top with the onions, then drizzled with parmesean just before taking it out of the oven.

I am now encouraged to experiment with other, healthful interpretations of classic recipes. I encourage you to try this, too!

This recipe was bland. It needs some spices in the meat. Also, the oatmeal gave it a mushy consistency in spots.

After reading some of the reviews and noting they said Bland..I added some garlic powder and parsley (mostly for color. This is one of the tastiest meatloafs and made a great sandwich for lunch today. My daughter loved it and she hates when I change my recipes. This is a keeper. For those that want more flavor put some salsa on top. Otherwise the meatloaf is very healthy, moist and easy to make. This is the first recipe of Ellie's that I have tried and I will be back. As a diabetic I am so glad to have her on Food Network. Her recipes can easily be made with no worries. Ellie ..keep up the wonderful recipes!
