The turkey load was excellent, very moist. Family loved it. Left out green peppers, put in banana and cream quick cooking oats. Was still great and easy to make. Thanks, Ellie, for a winning recipe.

I love turkey meatloaf generally and make it pretty regularly mixed with lipton onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, worcestershire, ketchup, etc. I decided to give this recipe a try and was extraordinarily disappointed with the results. It is very tasteless. I agree that it smells great in the oven but the final result is disappointing. Do yourself a favor and skip this recipe.

Easy, healthy version that my husband and I loved.

I watched the show yesterday and prepared the meatloaf today. This is a very easy recipe. And, from the moment it goes into the oven, it smells great (must be the onions on top. The texure is smooth and moist and there is no grease at all. Unlike beef based meatloaf, this recipe is very tasty and requires no additional condiment such as ketsup or chili sauce. It is also very easy on the stomach and hence, the digestive system since it is void of grease. And, I will have plenty of left overs for meals for the entire week. Thank you, Ellie, for sharing this with the public.
