The whole family loved the turkey meatloaf. No more beef meatloaf.

Excellent recipe! The meat loaf was really moist. I baked it exactly the time the recipe indicated and it was done. I especially liked the fact I had plenty for leftovers.

Made this the other night and my spouse, which is NOT a turkey eater, said he would want this again! It was surprisingly moist. I use a 85/15 blend which probably influenced things...I also added a very THIN layer of ketchup with dried mustard atop to help it resemble beef meatloaf and it was a hit. Served it with a side of roasted asparagus. Yum.

Wonderful, healthy spin on traditional meatloaf! Even my hamburger-loving family thought it was great. It was very moist, although I did have to cook it longer than the directions said to. I will definitely make this on a regular basis.

I had guests over and made this for the first time! Huge hit. Family was fighting over who got to bring the leftovers home. I ended up cooking it for 70 minutes. I also added some Northwood Seasonings from Penzey's (coarse flake salt, paprika, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic and chipotle...I think that was the secret ;- It wasn't dry and w/ lean turkey it's really a low fat meal!

This meatloaf is da bomb! I always hate turkey meatloaf because it is always dry, but this is moist. I didn't have quick cooking oats so I used 2 packages of apple/cinnamon instant oatmeal, but I first put it in a colander to shake off the sugar and most of the cinnamon. I only had a pound of ground turkey so I cut the other ingredients in half. Had just enough apple and just a hint of cinnamon.....really tasty. Next time I will make the original recipe with 2 pounds of meat and maybe 4 pkgs. of apple cinnamon oatmeal. Pays to improvise sometimes! And, yes, I soaked this oatmeal in the milk. YUMMMMM

I made this meatloaf last night, and I couldn't believe the ease, nor the taste. My children were floored at how amazing it tasted, and I did not add the salt the recipe required. This is going to be a staple in our diets from now on.

I made this dish last night for dinner. It was good, but kind of mushy and wet after an hour and 20 mins. I would recommend setting the temp to 375 instead of 350 and try cooking for an hour and 20 mins. Not bad, but I probably wont try this one again.

I make this all of the time!! Everyone always raves over it!! I usually put a bit more ketchup than the recipe calls for though!

It worked great with extra lean ground beef as well!! And makes for great leftovers!

Meh. Kinda bland. I found the cooking time/temperature was way off- it took almost 2 hours to cook and I eventually had to bring the temperature up from 350 to 400!
