Very good healthy meatloaf. Hubby even raved over it! I did take other reviewers advice and made with 1# of ground turkey, 1/2# of turkey sausage, added 2tsp of minced garlic and topped with ketchup. I wish Ellie was still on the air. We need healthy recipes.

Best meatloaf ever. I love that it makes a great big loaf for the leftover sandwiches!

Nice easy and healthy dinner. Usually I am great about disguising healthy foods but this one didn't fool my boyfriend as well as I'd planned. Recommend adding a topping of half ketchup and half balsamic vinegar about halfway through cooking... adds some nice moisture and caramelization (courtesy of a bobby flay recipe. Was a little bland for my taste but I don't mind adding extra spices.

My DH rates it a 4, I rate it a 3. Wasn't bad but a little bland for my taste. The top was great tasting with the tomato sauce on top but the middle is where it lost flavor. I did use all white turkey breast from Whole Foods and white meat needs lots of flavoring added to it.

This meatloaf is sooo good. It tastes like my mother's meatloaf too, which I love more than anything. I also love that it is so moist, freezes well and reheats beautifully.

This is a great turkey meatloaf base, I add jalapenos (both inside and on top in place of the onions, corn, red onion, and green chilis for a tex-mex take!

My kids and my father ask for this recipe for every special dinner we have. This year, it was even requested to replace the traditional turkey for Thanksgiving.
