I basically used this recipe as a guide. I didn't use the sundried tomatoes.

I used Kalamata olives, Fontina, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses and added Balsamic Vinegar to the onions in the last few minutes of cooking.

It really turned in to a great pizza for dinner.

The sun dried tomatoes add body to the pizza. Slicing/bruising the basil really releases the flavor, and placing the basil on the pizza after removing pizza from the oven is an improvement over pizzas that have baked (dried out basil. The amount of cheese was sufficient without making the diner feel bogged down with it. For maximum deliciousness, if you have the luxury, pick up fresh marinara at a local Italian eatery rather than packed marinara from the grocery store. This is a good basic recipe that seems eager for personal touches.

I usually make my pizza with twice as much cheese, so I was a little skeptical. There was so much flavor with these ingredients that I didn't miss the extra fat. Next time I would use a little less onion. Otherwise, it was really yummy!

I loved the ingrediant combination in this pizza. I used cherry tomatoes instead of sundried and added a little extra garlic and it tasted great!
