I made this meatloaf one day and baked it the next, I followed the recipe exactly. I took it to our Fellowship Group that night and they loved it. It freezes beautifully and makes great sandwiches. Will definately make this again.

Absolutely love this meatloaf! Moist, flavorful and the glaze is the bomb. The latter absolutely makes this dish. I've made it twice now, and my only adjustment the second time was to get a lot more liberal with the salt and pepper on the meat itself. Other than that, it's fabulous. Make sure that you put it in that 9 x 13 pan because it allows the glaze to go over the sides. My husband loves this so much, he wants me to make double the sauce, cook the extra on the stove to reduce it and serve it with the meatloaf. Even my picky son loves this. Best recipe that I've gotten in forever.

Love this recipe! It's so easy to make, healthy and moist. Have made this a few times now. The first time, I prepared it ahead and baked it in the oven of our cabin during winter camping along with cornbread. It was perfect! Comforting and delicious. Thanks Ellie for a fabulous recipe!

One of our favorites, especially when we add a few slices of bacon on top! I always make two. One for dinner and one for cold meatloaf sandwiches.

I am a diabetic. I made this meatloaf recipe for the healthy reasons. I followed the recipe completely. I do love meatloaf, I especially get my cravings for meatloaf during the Fall and winter seasons as comfort food. When I saw the demonstration on Ellie's show I knew this would be the twist on meatloaf with using oats.
I found this dish to be moist and leftovers were all gone in a day.
I'd like to try this same recipe with ground turkey. Thank you Ellie for a healthy meatloaf recipe. I am greatful.

I felt it lacked a lot of flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, very moist, but I feel it needs something else. I guess it is personal taste that dictates what we like. Nothing wrong with the recipe just needs something else. Not sure what it needs.

This was a healthy option as far as meatloaf goes and very moist. Was worried the oats would dry it out. Did find it lacked seasoning; a bit one-noted. Next time will add more garlic and dried herbs.
