This was super easy to put together and amazingly delicious! The combination of flavors was so delicate. I made a slight addition to the recipe by adding a couple thin slices of avocado and some micro sprouts. I will definitely make this again!

I brought this to a brunch, and everyone loved them. They went so fast I didn't get to try one! Maybe next time I'll get a taste. Thanks!

I have been enjoying this every since I stumbled across this recipe. I omit the onion, and didnt even add the salmon and it was fantastic! I eat these with a side of fresh fruit. Keeps me full and energized until lunch! Thanks Ellie.

What a delicious and easy breakfast without all the guilt of eating a bagel! This is a wonderful breakfast that not only looks beautiful on the plate but tastes great and isn't calorie laden. Thanks Ellie.

I thought this recipe was very good. I could not find pumpernickel bread the size Ellie suggested and cutting my Pepperidge Farm slices in half seemed to small...so I probably had more calories than the recipe states.

I wanted to add smoked salmon is extremely high in sodium. There is really no reason to add more salt. I will only enjoy this dish for breafast on rare occassions as the sodium content is probably about 1/3-1/2 of my recommended amount. I could almost feel my blood pressure rise as I ate it.

Wow, this was such a surprise. I just loved the textures and flavors. What a unique idea for breakfast...and of course, how great that it's healthy.

This recipe was super simple, and a great way to start the day. The smoked salmon is very mild, and a great accompaniment to the pumpernickel and cream cheese.

Our family never eats fish unless it's broiled of fried but this smoked salmon is a new, and tasty change for us. I wasn't sure I'd like it but the many different flavors work well together. I'll definitely make this again.
