Not a granola fan but this has changed my mind. Only thing we changed was dried cranberries for raisins. Rich, nutty goodness. Great for anytime. Thanks Ellie!

This granola is so good for any time of day, not just breakfast. I like to add cranberries or any dried fruit. Good maple syrup is a must and the nuts make it so crunchy and delicious. A big bonus is the aroma of the granola baking - the whole house smells wonderful!

I really found this recipe addictive, but I changed it somewhat. I doubled the maple syrup, but used sugar-free, and added twice the amount of cinnamon. It is delicious.

I made this today using quick cooking oats, omitted the pecans since I didn't have any and the raisins (don't care for them. I also used a quarter cup of honey and a quarter cup of a sugar free maple syrup. I added a touch of vanilla as well. Baked in the oven for about 30 minutes, it was perfect! First time I've ever made granola and I loved it. I also have a lot left for other days! I ate it with soymilk and blueberries.
