I'm not a huge granola fan, but after watching Ellie make this I was tempted to try it. All I can say is that this is the only granola I will ever make, it was delicious. Everyone loved it and it was hard not to eat it by the handful. It's hearty and filling, and makes a great topping for fruit, yogurt or all by itself.

This granola is so yummy! It's much better than store bought. The hint of cinnamon and maple is very nice.

This granola is delicious! Honestly, probably the best I have ever had! You can taste the cinnamon which makes it very flavorful. This recipe will definitely be kept in my recipe drawer. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed making and eating this granola. I was always afraid to make granola thinking it wouldn't come out right. But this one was very easy to make and really good. I sometimes substitute the raisins for dried cranberries and that tastes good as well. I also give it as a hostess gift with a thank you card.

My husband and I enjoyed eating Ellie's granola for breakfast this week. I prepared mine with dried cranberries instead of raisins. The granola was very good.
