This is the tastiest granola I've ever tried!! I'm allergic to walnuts so I left them out, but otherwise I followed the recipe. The maple syrup added a wonderful flavor! This will go in my favorite recipe folder for sure!!!

After reading the reviews, I decided to try it. I started with Trader Joe's Go Raw Trek Mix to keep things simple and measured 2 cups worth (it has raisins. Since we love cinnamon, I upped it to 1/2 t. I've never made granola before and this is heavenly and our boys love it! It's hard to quit eating it though! Thanks for this yummy recipe!

I made this last night substituting honey because I didn't have maple syrup on hand. It is wonderful. Just wondering, why does it have to be stored in the fridge?

This recipe is so easy to make. My 10 year old daughter is such a picky eater. I am always trying to figure a way of getting healthy food in her. She absolutely loves this granola and is always asking me to make it.

I just pulled this out of the oven and it smells and tastes amazing. I couldn't believe how easy it was to pull together either. I bought by nuts from the bulk bins at the store and got 3 oz of each and it worked out to a perfect 1/2 c chopped for each. I also baked it for an extra 10 minutes as I like my granola super crunchy. A definite keeper!

As a Weight Watchers member, this really fits in to my food plan.

And...my 20-year-old son who is soooo picky LOVED it.

I have a batch in the oven for him right now without the raisins.

It's also great with dried cranberries...
