This soooooooooooo good. Crunchy, sweet and healthy. My husband just loved it as a change from plain oatmeal. Having the basics of this recipe anyone can change it up to your individual liking. I will make this many more times.

This was the first time I have attempted to make granola and realized how easy it was to make. Why buy it, if you can make your own at home? It was easy and delicious. I had it for breakfast yesterday and today. This would make a great holiday gift.

Just made this today, and it was OH SO GOOD! It looked like a lot for only two people in this house, but it is so good, that I'm sure it won't last long!
You have got to try this one! You'll never buy granola again, ever!

Great recipe - super easy and super delicious! I didn't have walnuts, but I added some sunflower seeds. Will definitely make this again.

Just finished enjoying this granola for breakfast - wonderful! I made it just as directed, but I did use light syrup instead of regular maple syrup. Would have used organic, but found that it doesn't fit in my poor-college-student budget. I might try it with dried cranberries next time instead of raisins, but the raisins were delicious! I can tell it's going to keep me full well into the day. I tried it with greek yogurt and berries, and then couldn't help going back for more and had it with some skim milk. Healthy and delicious, I'll definitely use this recipe again!

I enjoy making Ellie Kriegers recipes and this recipe is no different. I like how she describes the different ingredients and why they are good for you. The flavors of this granola are fabulous. Yes, it is missing some of the flavors of traditional granola (like coconut, but it makes up for it by using cinnamon and other bold flavors. I have tried Alton Brown's granola version and it is simply amazing, but a little more on the unhealthy side. This will be my go to version for granola!

Overall, this was a pretty good granola, especially since this is my first one and the only granola I've ever tried came from a box! I didn't have maple syrup and, for cost reasons, I substituted honey for the maple syrup. I didn't exactly know which one was sweeter, so I added 1/3 cup honey (I didn't want to make it too sweet since my dad is diabetic. Then I added probably 1 tbsp more honey just to get a few nice clumps. I stirred the granola in 5 min. intervals for 25 min. Here's my serving suggestion: place 1/2 cup of granola in a bowl, sprinkle with one small prepackaged Splenda and mix (I wanted mine a bit sweeter. Core any kind of apple, dice it, place it on top of the granola. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of cinnamon (use more or less according to your preference and mix well. Add some cold milk and enjoy! It tasted like apple pie = Delicious!

Absolutely fantastic. I did cook it quite a bit longer than the recipe stated because I like mine super crunchy... but, if you chose to bake longer be careful because too long will give it a burnt taste. GREAT RECIPE!

This granola is sooooo good and very, very easy to make. My husband couldn't wait until it was out of the oven. I have a feeling this batch isn't going to last very long! Thanks, Ellie!
