This was so moist and delicious! I cut the recipe in half because there were only 2 of us and we both loved it!! So glad to have found an alternative to greasy fried chicken

Fantastic. I go a little heavy on the crackers and cornflakes, but other than that I don't adjust the recipe. I was even surprised how easy this was to make compared to most oven-baked chicken recipes.

Great recipe for those who like their food bland. The chicken was very juicy and crispy, but it was tasteless.

This was so easy to make. The only thing I did different was not using any crakers in the the mix. This was moist and very very tasty. I made roasted garlic broccoli to go with it. YUM YUM YUMMY!

This was great, although I did tweak it a bit. I sprinkled sea salt and black peppercorn and squeezed half a lemon and instead of using the crackers I used 4C salt free seasoning bread crumbs; and instead of the yogurt and dijon mustard I used Knight's Hot Alabama Barbeque Sauce (which my husband LOVES. I know I sort of made my own version, but it was delicious, will definitely make again.

An absolute staple in my home. I make this all the time and it is extremely easy to make and is great for a no-fuss meal. Make sure you don't use thin sliced chicken breasts or pound them too thin, because then the chicken will dry out (if you cook for the suggested period of time or the crust won't crisp enough (if you cook for less time to make up for the thinner chicken.

Made this last night. Fiance and I loved it. My version pretty much came out like the picture. I did use egg beaters instead of egg whites ( I did not have any real eggs. I also used Panko bread crumbs instead of the cereal. I think the crackers make the difference on this oven fried chicken receipe than others I have used. Fiance said this truly tasted like fried chicken. This one is definitely a keeper!

This was the tastiest chicken I've ever had and I love that it's so healthy! I substituted chicken breast and tenderloins and it was delicious. Even my anti-healthy food boyfriend raved about this recipe.

This recipe was so easy to do, and delicious!!! The chicken came out juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside! I don't think I will be cooking regular fried chicken anymore, this is a way healthier version and taste just the same.

I've made this twice and the whole family loves it. The crust is very tasty, and the chicken comes out juicy and moist. I cooked it on parchment paper, so the clean-up was super easy. This will definitely become a family favorite!
